The Restaurant School
at Walnut Hill College is affiliated with over 500 of the
finest hotels, restaurants, resorts, casinos, caterers, and
conference centers in the Delaware Valley and across the country
as our "Approved Internship Sites". Becoming an "Approved
Internship Site" involves an application process and site
visit to ensure that all of our sites are up to the standards
of The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.
"Approved
Internship Site" information, menus, and profiles are cataloged
alphabetically, and are available during regular office hours.
We also maintain a collection of materials from restaurants,
resorts, and hotels from around the world to assist students
in exploring opportunities away from our local area. Our materials
and resources grow daily, and these too are accessible for
all students and alumni during office hours.
Approved
Internship Sites as well as other national and international
facilities routinely recruit students and alumni into their
kitchens and offices, gladly benefiting from the fine hospitality
background students received from The Restaurant School at
Walnut Hill College.
