Philippe McCartney

Mr.
McCartney is a graduate of Miami-Dade Community College and has an Associate
degree in Liberal Arts. He has held management positions at Susanna
Foo's Chinese Cuisine in Philadelphia, the Sheraton Valley Forge in
King of Prussia, PA and Marriott in Cockeysville, MD. He also served
as Dining Room Manager and oversaw restaurant operations and banquets
at La Camargue in Philadelphia for several years.
