Chef Pinkney is a graduate of the London Institute, London, England, holding a City and Guilds at Master level in both Larder and Kitchen. He was the owner of Relics Restaurant in Nanticoke, PA, which was featured on the PBS series "Chefs of the Great Northeast." Prior to his ownership of Relics, Chef Pinkney was the Executive Chef at Hershey Pocono Resort in Whitehaven, PA, the Dickens Inn in Philadelphia, PA and Giovanni's Restaurant in Whitstable, England. Chef Pinkney has been a member of our faculty since 1998 and an Executive Chef since 1973.
