Chef Bellini is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has a bachelor's degree in communications from Temple University. He has served as Executive Chef at The Collegeville Inn Marketplace in Collegeville, PA, and Queen of Hearts Catering. Chef Bellini has been a member of our faculty since 1998 and an Executive Chef since 1989.
