Sanitation ServSafe® Certification
Pennsylvania requires all food handlers to pass the ServSafe® certification exam. The ServSafe® Program, from the National Restaurant Association, leads the way in providing the restaurant and food service industry with an up-to-date, comprehensive food guide. Our instructors will make the curriculum interesting and de-mystify some of the more complex material. This course will help prepare your team member(s) for the exam. This class includes 6 hours of self-study preparation time for the exam.
Please note: re-certifications are given the last day of class.
