Non-Credit / Industry
Our Non-Credit/Industry classes are specifically designed to introduce the amateur chef to the world of cooking and/or pastry, or to give the intermediate and advanced chef a chance to learn something new. Whether you are a homemaker, busy professional, alumni or just enjoy cooking as a hobby, we invite you to join us as we explore all facets of the industry. We offer variousclasses in Culinary and Pastry Arts, wine classes and dinners, and certification and management classes from September until the end of June.
 
 
NOTE:  There will be no classes held from July 1, 2010 until September 8, 2010 due to summer break.
